What is Lunch & Learn?

The Lunch & Learn format offers participants the opportunity to quickly and effectively expand their knowledge in the field of Extended Reality (XR), focusing on specific topics and gaining new insights. The emphasis is on learning, knowledge exchange, and practical experience. Sessions are held regularly on the last Tuesday of each month from 12:00 to 13:00 and are aimed at anyone who wants to engage with innovative, future-oriented topics in a concise and in-depth manner.

Content of this session

In this session, expert Luka Maximilian Pelke, CEO and founder of Visios Consulting, will use a concrete practical example to demonstrate how XR was successfully implemented in a company and how the metaverse was introduced globally at Allianz. The entire process will be examined, from the initial strategic considerations to the involvement of all relevant stakeholders.

A particular focus is placed on making the added value of XR measurable. Using KPIs and ROI analyses, the text demonstrates how the benefits of XR technologies can be evaluated and communicated. Furthermore, it addresses typical pitfalls and challenges that can arise during the implementation of XR and presents practical solutions.

The session will address, among other things, the following questions:

How can XR be successfully implemented in a company?

What are some typical obstacles encountered?

How can the concrete added value of XR be convincingly demonstrated?

Who is this session suitable for?

The content is presented in an easily understandable way and deliberately designed for beginners, so that even participants without prior knowledge of XR can easily follow the topic. The session is aimed particularly at managers and decision-makers who want to gain a sound, practical overview of XR and its potential applications in a business context.
